Lt Col Rishi Bhardwaj was commissioned into the 2 Mechanised Infantry (1 JAT(LI)) Regt in Dec 1998 and took discharge from service after 22 years of meritorious service. He is a performance driven personality assessor, who delivers transformational change in challenging situations leveraging strong acumen to assess and steer personalities towards desired objective.
He had been an instructor at National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla where he trained selected raw candidates from SSBs to become potential officers of the three defence forces.
Lt Col Rishi is DIPR Qualified and has served as Technical Officer and Psychologist in Service Selection Board, Allahabad from 2017 to Feb 2020. He has screened approx 1000 candidates.
In addition Lt Col Rishi Bhardwaj is a Counselling Psychologist and also practicing Psychotherapy. He is pursuing his research work in the field of astro-spiritual psychology.
