Col Rajesh Vardhan was commissioned into the valorous Indian Army in 1988 and has retired after 34 years of meritorious and distinguished service. During his illustrious career, Col Vardhan has gathered a plethora of experience in Analysis of Group Behaviour and Assessment of Personalities by virtue of serving in various Services Selection Boards (SSB’s) for 09 long years as a Group Testing Officer (GTO). In addition, he has been on deputation to Special Frontier Force, is a Qualified Instructor on Provost (Military Police) Duties and has the envious distinction of serving in Siachen Glacier besides other difficult areas such as Leh & Laddakh, Kashmir Valley, Deserts as well as NE states, spanning various Operational duties. He is also a Post Graduate in Commerce, is a keen sportsman, likes to dabble in Adventure Tourism, Hiking etc, and is a keen fitness enthusiast.
